Main tasks and responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the search, screening, coordination, promotion of talent hunting projects with an annual salary of more than 300,000 yuan and solve the talent needs of clients.
2. Analyze client needs, formulate search plans, search, interview and evaluate candidates, issue talent recommendation reports, and provide career development suggestions for candidates.
3. Maintain active and effective communication with clients, assisted clients in interview arrangement, salary negotiation, background investigation and other links, and promoted the smooth progress of the project.
4. Conduct timely and effective client care, maintain good client relations, in-depth exploration of client needs.
5. Research the development trend of the industry, collect the information of talents in the industry, and accumulate the talent resource base
6. Carry out client development for the target industry.

Job requirements：

1. Professional unlimited, full-time formal second degree or above.
2. Strong interest in professional services of talent recruitment; Passionate and able to work under pressure.
3. Strong independence, willing to think, patient, do not give up, good at constantly looking for new breakthroughs.
4. Good at effective communication, with rapid, continuous learning ability, and a certain degree of flexibility.
5. Work side by side with team partners, with a good sense of cooperation.
